About

RABAH Charitable Foundation was born in 2002 out of a deep desire to serve and uplift children in need. What began with 10 children and a makeshift classroom in a garage has grown into a foundation that is impacting lives across our community.

Our founder began the journey alongside her husband, turning their home into a haven for learning and hope. From a boys' courtyard to a living room, and eventually building our first iron-sheet classrooms on land we owned, we’ve come a long way through faith, resilience, and love.

In 2021, we lost our co-founder, but the mission lived on. A close friend joined hands to continue this work, now serving as the secretary and co-laborer in this calling. Together, we’re committed to seeing lives transformed.

We believe in the potential of every child, in their ability to thrive, and in their power to positively impact the world.

Our Vision

To support vulnerable and underserving children of all backgrounds by providing access to quality education tools and essential home supplies, empowering them to grow in safe supportive environments, revealing God's love for mankind, and enable them reach a level where they can sustainably support themselves, their families, and extend the same love to others in need.

We educate their mind, soul and spirit through the
word of God, to appreciate that God loves them.

The Vision is inspired by the Director's own experience, (Mama Ruth Bukenya), who gave her life to Jesus at the age of Nine, in Primary Three at Namutamba Primary School - in Uganda. She now believes that such should be the way for all the young generation. (Proverbs 22:6)
